Welcome to JobCanadaHub. By submitting a job posting or purchasing a paid listing, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. No Account Registration

JobCanadaHub does not require employer account registration. Access to manage a job posting is provided through a secure edit link sent to the employer’s email address. Employers are responsible for safeguarding this link.

2. Employer Responsibility

By submitting payment or publishing a job posting, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to represent the hiring company.
  • The information provided is accurate and lawful.
  • The posting complies with Canadian employment and human rights laws.
  • The posting is not fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory.

3. Free Posting Eligibility

Promotional free postings may be limited per employer. Eligibility may be determined using the employer’s email address or company domain. We reserve the right to deny or revoke promotional eligibility if abuse is detected.

4. Paid Listings

Paid postings are processed securely through our payment provider. Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, suspend, or remove any job listing at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

JobCanadaHub operates solely as a platform connecting employers and job seekers. We are not responsible for hiring decisions or employment outcomes.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
