We aim to make billing clear and fair for employers using JobsCanadaHub.

1. Job Posting Purchases

Job posting fees are generally non‑refundable once a listing is published.

2. Exceptions

  • If a posting fails due to a technical issue on our side, we will either re‑publish at no cost or issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate accidental charges by our system will be refunded in full.

3. How to Request

Contact us within 3 business days of purchase at billing@jobscanadahub.ca with your order email, company name, and posting title.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank timelines may vary.
