Promotional or free job postings are not eligible for refunds.
2. Paid Listings
Once a paid job posting has been published, fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
3. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged in error or submitted a duplicate payment, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
4. Removed Listings
If a listing is removed due to violation of our Terms of Service, refunds will not be issued.
